At its core are Guangzhou "Jiawei" oil-cooled SCR rectifiers (25V-3000A), which feature low energy consumption and efficient heat dissipation—reducing power loss by up to 15% compared to traditional water-cooled models. The cooling system uses 20HP air-cooled chillers (U.S. "Tecumseh" compressors), eliminating the need for water circulation and saving 30% of water resources. The line’s 21 process tanks include a chemical degreasing tank (3mm 304 stainless steel, steam heating) and 4 coloring tanks (3mm 304 stainless steel, temperature-controlled via Omron thermostats), ensuring thorough cleaning and uniform coloration. Controlled by Omron CP1L PLC, the line supports automatic/manual modes, with the automatic mode enabling unattended operation (5-10 minute cycle time). The air agitation system (10HP blowers) uses PP/stainless steel pipes with 3mm air holes (90° cross arrangement), ensuring uniform solution mixing. Waste management is optimized with classified drainage (acid-base, heavy metal) and a PP exhaust system (500mm main duct) to meet global emission standards.
